What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and track all recruiting and hiring activities including maintaining HR systems and reporting TA metrics
- Partner with hiring managers in identifying and advertising vacancies for assigned area
- Screen applicants for required job competencies and educational requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers and internal Centerstone customers
- Staff job fairs and maintain contact with local universities/organizations for the purpose of developing sources of recruitment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Recruiting Certification preferred
- Serve as a liaison with NHSC
- Assist with the coordination of all pre-hire check for new employees

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in behavioral health recruitment
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and administration
