- Bachelors level degree
- Desire to grow within Talent Acquisition or HR dept.
- Responsible for partnering during recruitment process, including pre-screening calls, interview scheduling, follow-up communication to candidates, assembling onboarding packets for new hires, and general administrative support.
- Support internal and external recruiting function by meeting candidates' onsite, facilitating tours in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
- Complete offer letters, reference checks and triggers new hire onboarding including background checks and scheduling pre-employment health screens in Workday.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge as it relates to the interview process, onboarding, and logistics to ensure a uniquely positive candidate experience.
- Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Investigate inquiries related to assigned function, escalate complex or urgent issues to management and follow up with employees, managers or candidates regarding status.
- Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
- Organizing recruitment events that may include ordering and shipping of products and materials, placing food orders, etc.
- Work on special projects that advance the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Key point of contact for inquires as it relates to CORI, background and/or educational checks.

- REquires a Bachelor's Degree (preferably) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Support experience.
- Strongly preferred experience within healthcare industry and a Talent Acquisition office.
- Must have proficiency with the MS suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prefer experience with HRIS systems including Workday.
- Poise and professional presentation.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.
- A highly creative person who "thinks outside of the box" with a positive enthusiasm and abundance of energy is desired.
- Demonstrate success maintaining positive working relationships.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, oral and written skills required.
