      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring teams (phone, video, and on-site)
      - Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates
      - Support pre-employment activities, such as offer letter management and background checks processing
      - Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
      - 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office/Google platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus
      - Professional, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor
