What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring timely completion of documentation and background checks
- Collaborate with recruiters to gather necessary information and maintain clear communication about caregiver onboarding status
- Provide support and answer inquiries from caregivers throughout the onboarding process
- Ensure compliance by maintaining complete caregiver files according to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline the caregiver onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in high-volume talent acquisition or onboarding, preferably in the healthcare field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or home care industry
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for tracking caregiver information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
