      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support daily recruitment functions by sourcing and screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand program needs and assist in developing job descriptions
      - Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant progress through onboarding
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
      - Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field plus 1 year of experience in human resources or recruitment, or a minimum of 3 years of experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and applicant tracking systems
      - Current, valid driver’s license with a driving record that demonstrates safe driving habits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
      - 2 or more years of Human Resources or recruitment experience
      - SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR-SPHR certification
