What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow the assigned post-offer process to ensure candidates are onboarded accurately and effectively
- Support recruiters with pre- and post-employment processes, including scheduling interviews and recruitment events
- Ensure the timely completeness and accuracy of new hire files, including compliance with organizational policies
- Provide proactive communication and high-level customer service to new hires during the onboarding process
- Prepare and provide accurate data reporting as requested, while identifying process improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Customer-client focus with a commitment to service excellence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or understanding of healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in data reporting and analysis
