      Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process and a positive candidate experience. The position will be responsible for coordinating interviews, facilitating background and pre-employment screenings, serving as liaison with candidates and providing feedback, assisting with job postings, preparing offer letters, managing the onboarding process, and managing various talent acquisition tracking and reports. The Coordinator will work with field leadership and hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and the HR operations team.

      Requirements

      General Responsibilities:
      • Serve as the primary contact for new open positions and coordinate with recruiters on job postings.
      • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews.
      • Serve as primary liaison with candidates to ensure they are updated throughout the hiring process, and their experience reflects

      positively on the company.
      • Provide feedback to candidates who have not been selected for positions.
      • Work with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR to prepare offer letters for candidates. Create and send the offers.
      • Initiate pre-employment screening and background checks. Monitor results and communicate status to hiring managers and

      candidates.
      • Communicate start-date status to hiring managers and candidates.
      • Coordinate the onboarding process with HR operations and IT, ensuring candidates receive the necessary instructions and

      complete the necessary items in a timely manner.
      • Manage recruitment tracking, prepare required talent acquisition reports and charts, and distribute as needed.
      • Improve and standardize offer letter templates and job descriptions.

      Education & Experience:
      • An associate's degree is preferred, and an HS degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
      • Previous experience working within a talent acquisition organization
