      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
      - Oversee background check and onboarding processes to ensure compliance
      - Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS, preferably iCIMS and UKG
      - Conduct virtual orientations and assist with I-9 processing and E-Verify
      - Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and reporting tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS (preferably iCIMS), and HRIS (preferably UKG)
      - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with auditing requisitions and documentation for accuracy and compliance
      - Familiarity with employee referral and sign-on bonus tracking
      - Previous experience conducting virtual orientations
