What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the overall talent acquisition strategy and manage the hiring process for hourly field positions
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and implement best practices
- Create comprehensive sourcing plans and maintain relationships with recruitment sources
- Partner with hiring managers to establish qualifications and conduct preliminary candidate processes
- Monitor business growth to develop pipeline strategies for current and future hiring needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- 3 or more years of management experience and experience in business analytics and reporting
- Proven track record in large corporation recruitment initiatives; hospitality experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CA-PHR/PHR/SPHR or SHRM Human Resources certification
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Familiarity with federal, state, and city employment laws, including EEO/OFCCP requirements
- Ability to influence and drive decisions using data analytics
- Experience implementing applicant tracking systems and HRIS, such as Workday
