      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and inspire the Americas Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals across various business units
      - Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop hiring strategies
      - Ensure compliance with recruiting processes while maintaining accurate requisition data
      - Optimize recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
      - Build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders to influence talent decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in hiring for technology-driven organizations, particularly in software engineering, analytics, and cyber security
      - Experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
      - Strong operational skills in managing recruiting processes and vendor relationships
      - Ability to balance strategic vision with execution in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with recruiting systems and data analytics; experience with Workday is highly preferred
