      Job Summary

      Responsible for Global Operations activities for the Global Talent Acquisition business including:

      • Develop staffing plans to support hiring based on forecasting

      • Define workforce management needs and gearing for production, non-production roles and the use/spend of contract labor (US, OUS, Campus)

      • Drive business controls including audits, SPI’s and initiatives to drive a culture of compliance, and manages the financials for the function

      • Lead technology enablement initiatives including project prioritization, optimization and budgeting

      • Direct the Recruiter Coordinator team in their support of support lateral and campus recruiting including model and training enhancements

      • Leading strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition operational excellence with a focus on capacity saves and process enhancements

      • Partner on communications including leadership routines and all hands meetings

      • Driver of Business Outcomes: Mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage

      Required Qualifications

      • 10-15+ years strategic business controls and/or operations support experience with a demonstrated history of success in leading teams to drive results across a fast pasted organization

      • Previous experience managing a large team, inclusive of direct reports

      • Proven executive presence and outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics

      • Ability to navigate and lead across multiple stakeholders to orchestrate cohesive oversight and management

      • Excellent strategic planning and operational deployment skills; ability to translate vision, strategy, and business requirements into clear actionable goals, motivate team performance and achieve results

      • Operational expertise with eye for execution, mitigating gaps/risks and simplicity; can build plans that can scale

      • Process management experience with heavy exposure to compliance rules, laws and regulations

      • Experience with capacity management & resource planning

      Desired Qualifications

      • GHR experience including familiarity with employment law and/or OFCCP HR rules and regulations

      • Strong TA core process knowledge and experience

      • Previous experience working with vendors and contractors

      Minimum Education Requirement:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
