- Utilize iCIMS and Oracle Recruiting Cloud to manage candidate information, track recruitment progress, and generate reports.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Process employee status changes and communicate confirmations with employees/managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in iCIMS and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and recommend and implement best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and system configurations.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support entailing document creation, filing, records retention, offer tracking, and reporting.
- Contribute to other projects as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required.
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
- Two (2) years of experience directly supporting talent acquisition functions such as pre-boarding, on-boarding, immigration, records management, or similarily related activities is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with iCIMS and/or Oracle HCM/ Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is strongly preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The Talent Acquisition Analyst will also be responsible for processing offers, preboarding and onboarding new employees via iCIMS.

Pay range of $25.00- $27.00/hour on a contract basis. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
