What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and support various aspects of the US Early Careers program
- Plan and execute the Intern Summer Program, including orientation and events
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and event promotion
- Participate in candidate engagement and recruitment efforts via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvement and analytics projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Must be detail-oriented and able to be a self-starter to complete projects
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with social media content creation or event planning
- Familiarity with recruitment processes or applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
