      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Drive a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
      - Organize and lead recruiting projects to completion while documenting results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the tech industry and with a Staffing/Search Firm background
      - Proven ability to identify passive candidates through innovative recruiting strategies
      - Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and prospects
      - Negotiation skills and management of the entire offer process
      - A Bachelor's Degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting for corporate roles across various functions such as Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
      - Familiarity with current hiring market and recruiting industry trends
