      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Source and nurture top candidates through various channels, including innovative approaches
      - Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements
      - Own the ATS to streamline recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and reporting
      - Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals and forecast headcount needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, particularly in a startup environment
      - Proven track record of creatively sourcing and placing candidates in challenging roles
      - Experience with frontier technical skillsets and setting up effective metrics dashboards
      - High attention to detail and operational excellence in managing the candidate experience
      - A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to stay in the field long-term

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a key early talent acquisition hire in a scaling startup
      - Familiarity with competency-focused, structured interviewing techniques
      - Ability to innovate employer branding strategies and campaigns
      - Experience mentoring and leading recruiting teams focused on sourcing strategies
      - Knowledge of building talent communities through events and resources
