      We’re recruiting for a new Talent Acquisition Lead Partner to join AXA’s All Ireland Talent Acquisition ‘Talent Spotters’ Team.

      As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead Partner, you’ll work in very close partnership with the TA Manager, Head of Capability and Senior Lead hiring managers to build and manage a diverse talent pool of senior candidates and ensure TA requirements across your portfolio are delivered.

      What you’ll be doing:
      As a TA Lead Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for Specialist and senior role recruitment activity (full recruitment lifecycle), to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA’s future ambition and that we position AXA as an Employer of Choice.

      1. Responsible for developing and delivering Senior Level Talent Acquisition strategies that position AXA as an Employer of Choice
      2. Be personally responsible for specialist recruitment portfolio up to Senior Lead level, managing full TA deliverables against business requirements
      3. Lead and influence Senior stakeholders including Executive Level in TA strategy for their roles
      4. Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators in all elements of the TA lifecycle
      5. Forecast and manage talent acquisition activity (including budgets, risk and governance) by means of implementing and maintaining a robust view of activities and pipelines
      6. Deliver a best practice, inclusive, operationally efficient and cost-effective talent acquisition delivery including attraction, selection and assessment methodologies against agreed cost, quality and time driven KPI’s
      7. Build & maintain internal & external networks in AXA & the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to senior audiences including the People Team & Hiring Managers (HMs)M’s
      8. Deliver analysis of external and internal data, and analysis of resourcing scenarios to support the development of key insights and the development of the strategic workforce plan.
      9. Manage small-medium projects or workstreams within a transformational change programme, using structured change management methodologies to gain acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviours within the TA team, wider People team and Business

      What we’re looking for:
      • Proven Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in Specialist fields/Mid-Senior Level roles of at least 5 years.
      • Experience in insurance industry and recruitment of insurance/IT technical specialist/senior lead roles extremely beneficial
      • CIPD qualified or relevant HR/Recruitment/Business qualification, preferable accreditation in employment legislation
      • Excellent stakeholder management and balancing skills to deal with expectations of multiple hiring managers
      • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and comfortable engaging with & influencing at Senior stakeholder level
      • Exceptional written and verbal communications, which are timely, clear, incisive & delivered in detail relevant to audience.
      • High level of confidentiality, strong learning agility and able to work at pace.
      • Commercial awareness and ability to manage and track progress against budgets and project plans
      • An analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to produce meaningful MI and Insights
      • A real passion for ensuring that the candidate experience is at the heart of all we do
