      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for implementing a full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, select, and acquire talent to meet the business needs of JCCA. The Talent Acquisition Manager will implement staffing tactics to enhance visibility in key recruiting channels, positioning JCCA as an employer of choice. The incumbent will maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends within the social services industry and beyond; establish rapport with line managers, executives and peers.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Oversee recruitment functions and small team of talent acquisition team members
      • Develop, implement and coordinate recruitment initiatives to maximize applicant flow. This includes but not limited to: cold calling, sourcing via internet/job boards, creating attractive job postings, managing employee referrals, attending career events and building partnerships with educational institutions and community-based organizations
      • Regularly consult with HR Senior Leadership to review recruitment strategies
      • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
      • Responsible for maintenance of ATS, consistently reviewing requisition activity and recommending changes/updates as needed; running standard recruitment reports
      • Manage internal job postings and employee referral program
      • Responsible for tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics and communicating recruitment activity to HR team and program leads
      • Responsible for full cycle recruitment for assigned positions/program areas
      • Participate in workforce development initiatives including but not limited to JCCA onboarding program
      • Any other duties necessary to support HR operations

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree required along with a minimum of five (5) years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in Social Services, Healthcare or other non-profit environment
      • At least one year of administrative/management experience; must be able to lead, mentor and develop a high producing team.
      • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
      • Demonstrated experience developing client group relationships to gain support and achieve results.
      • Proficient in the use of MS Office and experience using an HRIS and ATS.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
      • Knowledgeable of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field
      • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
      • Must have the ability to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities

      Salary: $90K
