      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities
      - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing needs
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create effective recruitment plans
      - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record in a fast-paced environment
      - At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in talent acquisition
      - Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment methods, and fair hiring practices
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
      - Proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism in recruitment activities
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to take on new challenges
