What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent through various sourcing methods
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards in recruiting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the talent acquisition space
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies and employment law compliance
- Strong proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
