      Who are we? We’re ARCO – A Family of Construction Companies, and our ARCO Murray Construction team is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our rapidly growing organization.

      With 4–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, optimizing processes, and partnering closely with leadership to attract the best and brightest.

      This position is based in Tampa, FL (preferred) or Orlando, FL, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

      A DAY IN THE LIFE

      • Responsible for full cycle recruiting from sourcing, cold calling, managing active candidates, and final interview
      • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo
      • Work with leadership team to develop new recruiting strategies
      • Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
      • Build best practices and procedures for hard to fill positions
      • Guide candidates through interview process from sourcing to first day
      • Manage candidate interview process via applicant tracking system
      • Manage all job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing
      • Attend and assist with college recruiting fairs (fall and spring season)
      • Various projects as needed

      NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

      • 4-10 years of experience in full cycle construction or engineering recruiting
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Experience with early talent recruitment a plus
      • Must be extremely organized and self-motivated
      • Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; ICIMs preferred
      • Experience managing multiple hiring managers/executive leaders
