      Organization Overview:

      The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and execute full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer. Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing a large volume of requisitions and specialize in recruitment technology, channels and campaigns, while working in a fast-paced environment across multiple stakeholders. As a key member of the People Strategy team, Talent Acquisition Manager will have the opportunity to create, develop and execute best in class practices with high-level exposure across the organization.

      The TA Manager works for promoting the Lilly brand on the relevant channels, internally and externally, as far as the candidate attraction is concerned, in synergies with the Employer Branding strategy that he/she actively implement including the cMBA global program at Hub level . Also, he/she leverages on network events to drive innovation and enhance engagement and takes active part in planning and executing the appropriate recruiting tactics with People Strategy Director, also being the vendor manager for the external partners we work with.

      Lastly, the TA Manager collaborates with HR Operations and People strategy team to make sure new hires get onboarded and receive the right orientation, coordinating directly the induction training.

      Special projects, on Global or local level, are also envisioned for the role in terms of testing of new assessment, management tools as well as continuous improvement in the HR space.

      Responsibilities:

      The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full cycle recruiter and a partner for the business since from the job profile and requisition creation till the final wrap up decision, keeping all the actors on track towards a hiring effort:

      • Gather requirements from the business, advising on the recruitment strategy
      • Advertise, post, source, screen and interview external candidates leveraging on a variety of tools and methodologies.
      • Administer assessment tools and translate relevant insights for the business
      • Interact with the HRS in Cork (HR Center of excellence) in order to monitoring and providing feedback with regards to the employee experience
      • Coordinate with People strategy team on the induction training as far as the schedule, running, strategy and feedback are concerned
      • Coordinate and conduct wrap up meetings with hiring teams to make hiring decisions and then prepare offers
      • Share relevant information to the overall HR team and People strategy team, specifically, for talent assessment purposes
      • Manage relationships with academic institutions for recruiting purposes
      • Attend business schools’ events and external initiatives aiming at talent attraction
      • Coordinate cMBA program at Italy Hub level
      • Provide reports to the HR team and People strategy team around hiring timelines, cycle time, key observations
      • Participate to the Global TA community and related projects
      • Coordinate continuous improvement of process and procedures related to talent recruiting

      Basic Requirements:

      Education Level University Degree

      Experience +4 years in HR, in recruiting

      English Advanced oral and written

      Additional Skills/Preferences:

      Previous experience in recruitment or other HR areas of expertise

      Proficient in reporting tools, candidates/employee management systems

      Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at different level, analyze data, understand business needs, own interview technicality

      Knowledge of recruiting process in Workday is a nice to have
