Job Description

- Candidate experience: making sure all candidates whether successful or not have a positive experience with us by maintaining great communication, building rapport and providing timely and constructive responses for them throughout the hiring process
- Screening: building an understanding of a range of roles & responsibilities to enable you to complete effective CV screening and phone screening for hiring managers across the Group
- Talent scouting: proactively build awareness and build networks of high-potential talent within the digital marketing & advertising industries to create pipelines for current and future roles
- Talent searching: proactively find niche talent hubs and spaces to search for talent, alongside advertising job openings effectively on career pages, job boards, and social networks like LinkedIn
- Recruitment operations: maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor) to streamline the recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience by making the most of its features
- Collaboration & consulting: work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to craft comprehensive and attractive job descriptions. Collaborate with the People Team to ensure a seamless and integrated onboarding and recruitment experience. Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to consult on recruitment best-practice,, feedback, and guidance to all hiring managers.
- A clear understanding of modern recruitment principles
- Minimum 2-3 years talent acquisition experience in an agency environment
- Demonstrable experience of hiring technically qualified professionals in a timely manner
- Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple projects and to prioritise based on business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability to talk to candidates from entry level to C-suite, as well as senior stakeholders across the business

The Talent Acquisition department powers the agencies in the group to unlock their potential & perform at their best through finding & bringing in amazing talent to their teams. We’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on attracting and sourcing talent for future and current vacancies across the Group. Leveraging extensive networks and prior experience in sourcing candidates within the digital marketing landscape. You will be responsible for targeted outreach and talent pipeline development for various roles from Social Media Managers & Creative Directors to PPC Account Managers and Data Analysts.
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
