      Wings is growing and we are adding another Talent Acquisition Partner to our team! This recruiter will be primarily responsible for attracting and hiring a diverse pool of qualified and highly engaged talent for the credit union’s branch and member support roles. This is a hybrid role and does require some onsite presence a few days per week.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, mainly focused on high volume, non-exempt roles branch and member service roles.
      • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
      • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop, prioritize and deliver on workforce plans and hiring strategies.
      • Effectively source, screen and interview candidates.
      • Drive consistent full-cycle recruitment, from the point of approved open roles through the offer and acceptance stage.
      • Strategically source, engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources to meet hiring goals.
      • Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates and providing feedback.
      • Keeps up to date on industry trends and seeks new approaches to recruitment to ensure efficient/effective methods for recruitment.
      • Act as a brand ambassador of Wings by telling the Wings story to candidates and prospects.
      • Prepares for and attends offsite career fairs and onsite hiring events as needed.
      • Conduct exit surveys and work with HR Business Partner to analyze turnover and trends in assigned business units.
      • Participate in and contribute to recruiting related projects and initiatives as needed.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
      • Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferably with some focus on recruiting/talent acquisition.
      • Experience recruiting for high volume, non-exempt roles preferred.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
      • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
      • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Ultimate Software/UKG preferred.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
      • Available to travel as required.
