      Job Title: Talent Partner


      Job Description

      We are seeking experienced Talent Partners to join our regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) Talent team. This role involves collaborating with motivated HR and business professionals in diverse areas of talent acquisition and management, handling tasks from identifying to advancing internal and external talent.

      Responsibilities

      • Deliver talent processes with a focus on recruitment, partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand talent challenges.
      • Perform strategic activities related to integrated talent management.
      • Act as an internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves.
      • Search within external talent pools and internal talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities.
      • Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process.
      • Prepare potential candidate lists and initiate discussions with current line managers.
      • Ensure quality of job postings and create shortlists.
      • Manage candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
      • Provide feedback and coaching to candidates in accordance with local practices and laws.
      • Partner with the GBS team to ensure smooth and efficient coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
      • Conclude the selection process with managers and candidates, including offer negotiations.
      • Liaise with HRBP/line managers to understand short, mid, and long-term business needs.
      • Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to enhance the Talent function.
      • Educate the business on the Talent function and process.

      Essential Skills

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
      • 3-5 years’ experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
      • Experience with talent management/development programs and HRBP roles.
      • Understanding of business environment, organizational structures, and business strategy implications.
      • Knowledge of succession planning programs and methodologies.
      • Familiarity with local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements.
      • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
      • Solid English and other local language skills.

      Work Environment

      This is a hybrid role based in Tulsa, OK, with some onsite work required in Bartlesville, OK every other month. The work environment offers professional growth in a positive, dynamic, and international setting with opportunities for career development.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
