- Proactively lead talent acquisition activities with timely and meaningful updates
- Build and sustain customer focused relationship with candidates, hiring managers and employees
- Utilise critical thinking to provide insightful and meaningful employer branding content to attract candidates via various platforms such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and Seek
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail and governance across the life TA cycle
- Be the first point of call for candidates wanting a career in the Early Learning sector.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across Goodstart to foster collaborative decision making and hiring decisions

- Experience in a high volume talent acquisition function is preferred but not necessary
- An understanding of the talent acquisition journey.
- Experience operating in a high-performance work environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflows based on stakeholder priorities.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make measured decision.
- Demonstrated ability to show high attention to detail.

You will proactively source and drive a large volume of talent acquisition activities across a dedicated area of our operations. Be a valued team member who makes a difference every day.
