Roles Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates daily
• Recruit and qualify professionals for financial services positions nationwide
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and database searches
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Work in a highly metric-driven environment focused on: Calls Interviews Submittals Placements Business development activity
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers
• Move quickly and create urgency throughout the hiring process
Skills
• Experience in a KPI-driven sales or recruiting environment
• Heavy outbound phone experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with strong sense of urgency
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability
• Financial services industry experience
• Mortgage, banking, collections, title/escrow, or lending background
• Staffing or recruiting experience
• Experience working toward activity and production goalsAbout the company
