      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market (GTM) and corporate roles
      - Utilize direct sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates
      - Act as a talent acquisition business partner to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with their goals
      - Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for hiring teams and candidates
      - Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
      - Proven ability to hire for GTM and corporate roles from entry-level to senior manager positions
      - Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS
      - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in GTM or sales recruiting in a fast-paced or hyper-growth software or technology environment
      - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data
      - Experience understanding corporate and sales compensation structures, including base, variable, and equity
      - Consultative approach with the ability to handle high volumes of requisitions
      - Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders
