      THE JOB:

      As a Talent Acquisition Partner at MGM Resorts International, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our world-class resorts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies. Your ability to build relationships, provide data-driven recommendations, and utilize innovative sourcing methods will ensure we bring in the best talent while maintaining a seamless and efficient hiring process.

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide data-driven guidance, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

      • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, sourcing methods, and candidate selection.

      • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

      • Implement creative sourcing strategies, utilizing LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract top talent.

      • Continuously explore and adopt new sourcing tools and techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.

      • Represent MGM Resorts at hiring events, career fairs, and community initiatives to build brand presence and expand talent pipelines.

      • Use data and technology to measure sourcing effectiveness, refine hiring approaches, and enhance decision-making.

      • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while upholding an outstanding candidate experience.


      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • 1+ years of prior Recruitment/Staffing experience involving candidate interviewing, evaluation and placement.

      • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

      • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, including EEO and ADA guidelines.

      • Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.

      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.

      • Familiarity with recruitment and employment software programs (e.g.Workday, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
