      Talent Acquisition Partner

      Job Summary

      The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruiting support to multiple assigned markets for Protech Automotive Solutions.

      Following Caliber’s recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, source and screen active and passive candidates for a variety of technician positions, as well as coordinate the interview, selection and hiring process.

      Role and Responsibilities

      • Receives direction from direct management, Talent Acquisition Advisors, and applicable operational leadership to review staffing strategy and understanding recruiting needs.
      • Provides regular staffing updates while working autonomously as individual contributor, hosts regular staffing calls for consistent communication.
      • With some supervision and direction, researches and uses established and new sources for active and passive candidates.
      • Maintains a clean and manageable candidate pipeline.
      • Communicates regularly with direct management or Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment.
      • Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards.
      • Reviews resumes/applications and pre-screens candidates, referring qualified candidates on to hiring managers, schedule interviews as applicable and debrief throughout the process.
      • Tracks progress of candidates in process & handles administrative details.
      • Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Caliber’s policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance.
      • Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process.
      • Performs other duties as required.

      Requirements, Skills & Knowledge

      • Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the IT sector or agency setting.
      • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems (Workday and Phenom highly preferred)
      • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      • High volume recruiting experience preferred.
      • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
      • Effective written and verbal l communication/interaction skills.
      • Must have strong organizational skills.
