- Develop and execute strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate flow for the current hiring needs,
- Act as a business advisor and build/maintain close relationship with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews
- Represent BBH in the market in a wide range of recruitment events to solicit candidate flow (i.e. diversity events, job fairs, conferences, etc)
- Ensure top candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Contribute to the growth of the team and introduce local/global improvement initiatives
- Apply an analytical approach to recruitment data and provide recommendations based on it
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably a good understanding of local employment market
- Experience with competency based interviewing will be an asset
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrate high degree of professionalism
- Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence colleagues
- Ability to think independently and take ownership of critical issues
- Must be highly organized and display sound-judgement

The Talent Acquisition Function in BBH is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the ongoing and future talent requirements of the business. This group also supports internal talent identification and internal mobility as a key objective, while delivering a range of external talent attraction strategies to address talent needs. The team also plays a key role in supporting the Firm’s diversity objectives by successfully building a diverse pool of candidates.
BBH is currently searching for a Luxembourg based Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its finance functions in Luxembourg, Dublin, London and Zurich on a permanent basis. You will report directly into the European Talent Acquisition Manger.
In this role you will act as a business advisor on staffing matters. You will build your recruitment strategy based on your experience and knowledge of the market. You will lead end to end recruitment process which among others involves intake sessions, CV and phone screening, interviewing, preparation of offers, sourcing for niche positions. You will also be part of a team that is passionate in recruitment and supports one another in achieving great results while enjoying the work we do.
