      The Talent Acquisition Partner takes a consultative approach with designated business units to develop and deliver strategies to successfully attract, hire, and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent in a cost effective and timely manner. This position is aligned with our Lodging and Residential divisions supporting multiple types of properties across the US and the broad range of business units found within the Hospitality and Multi-Family Housing industries.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Talent Acquisition Partnership:

      • Executes full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals in a timely manner.
        • Primary recruiting responsibility is for exempt field positions, secondary responsibility is for non-exempt field positions.
      • Responsible for posting, updating and closing requisitions.
      • Completes and sends offer letters utilizing approved templates and necessary approvals.
      • Conducts strategy sessions with hiring managers to understand the position requirements.
      • Partners with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are assessed against appropriate criteria and the needs of the role.
      • Stays current on the status of labor markets and advises designated business leaders on potential impact and strategies.
      • Partners with HR Business Partners and leadership to determine prioritization of location(s) and/or position(s).
      • Utilizes recruiting tools, systems, and integrations to enable efficient hiring practices.
      • Supports change management efforts related to talent acquisition process improvements.
      • Educates managers on talent acquisition processes, requirements and best practices.

      Talent Attraction Strategies:

      • Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies unique to industry and location.
      • Builds nationwide network through multiple channels such as: industry contacts, direct recruiting, association memberships, databases, colleges and technical schools, and community outreach organizations. Develops pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
      • Identifies effective and creative passive candidate outreach methods, sources, and networks with potential candidates.
      • Establishes new, and maintains existing, education partnerships, and identifies/attends job fairs and off-site recruitment events as needed.
      • Creatively builds and delivers excellence in each stage of the talent acquisition process, including specification of jobs, sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement and experience, screening, selection, and onboarding.

      Vendor Relationships

      • Serves as a secondary point of contact for all external recruitment vendors, including staffing agencies, job boards, and background check providers.
      • Monitors vendor performance through metrics and regular check-ins; address underperformance and recommend changes as needed.
      • Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline vendor relationships and enhance the candidate experience.

      Compliance:

      • Stays informed and ensures compliance with all company policies, laws and regulations, including salary history regulations, documentation of all hiring decisions and recruitment tracking.

      Other Projects:

      • Participates in or executes projects as needed, including but not limited to: Applicant Tracking System optimization, social networking, career site and employment branding, policy & procedure updating, etc.
      • Performs other job duties as assigned.

      REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

      Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
      • Three (3) years of high volume, full cycle recruitment supporting a multi-unit organization is preferred.

      Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

      • Demonstrated success building and executing recruitment strategies.
      • Proficient at using Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG Pro Recruitment Gateway preferred.
      • Proficient in utilizing social media for recruitment purposes.
      • Strong customer service skills and ability to create effective and productive work relationships.
      • Is action oriented and self-motivated.
      • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a high volume of open positions.
      • Possesses integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
      • Proven ability to communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
