      Our Position

      As a valued partner to the business, you are empowered to build and implement Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition Leads, and Senior Business Leaders to fill vacancies. Your role is to search for individuals with the right capabilities and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Your responsibilities involve proactive activities, anticipating talent needs, building sourcing strategies, and leading the overall recruitment process.

      What You'll Do:

      • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to identify and build a bench of diverse and experienced candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.

      • Participate in all activities of the recruitment life cycle, including defining hiring needs, creating a sourcing plan, attracting & identifying top talent, screening & assessing candidates, offer management, hiring, and onboarding.

      • Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment responsibilities, interview approaches, employer value proposition, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate management techniques.

      • Elevate our employer brand through recruitment marketing on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms to amplify the reach of open positions.

      • Run the recruitment of various positions, meeting key time, cost, and quality targets and metrics, including proactive candidate searching.

      • Lead intern and summer student recruitment activities across the business, including partnerships with specific programs to highlight our value proposition to future talent.

      • Ensure that assigned recruitment services comply with Global Recruitment and country-specific policies/guidelines.

      • Identify and secure passive candidates via various 'direct' channels – such as Social Media, LinkedIn, networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events, etc.

      What You'll Need:

      • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.

      • A minimum of 4 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.

      • Proven experience in managing matrix organization and a fast-paced environment

      • Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
