What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage mid to senior-level requisitions and interface with business stakeholders to meet recruitment objectives
- Implement recruitment projects ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, including quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics
- Source candidates through personal networking, database mining, and business networking sites
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in search agencies or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and creating sourcing strategies
- Effective communication skills and ability to build partnerships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- French language proficiency
- Experience in recruiting in national and international markets
- Familiarity with recruitment branding and marketing strategies
