      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the hiring process by defining position requirements and executing sourcing strategies
      - Lead recruitment efforts, including full-cycle recruitment using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to extend employment offers and advise on negotiation tactics
      - Manage administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and special projects
      - Provide insights and metrics for continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in recruiting and selection and/or sourcing and pipelining
      - Strong judgment and decision-making skills regarding candidate evaluation
      - Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in innovating processes and systems
      - Experience recruiting in a healthcare, scientific, and/or clinical environment
      - Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Workday
      - Experience recruiting for both professional and technical positions
      - Working knowledge of additional Human Resources functions, such as benefits and HR policies
