Job Description

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma (HSD) or GED will be considered if they have at least five (5) years of experience in healthcare recruitment, student coordinator or workforce development.
- Two (2) years of recruitment, HR, or student coordinator experience, required.
- Exposure to HR processes, such as behavioral interviewing, candidate evaluation and knowledge of current labor laws.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects and coordinate requests to successful completion.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, colleagues, physicians, department heads, and members of executive team, required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects to completion, required.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience working in a Healthcare related industry.
- PHR or SHRM certification.
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Student Coordinator) will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools and students to educate them about various healthcare career paths. The TA Partner will develop and manage strategic alignment and coordination of all services related to students and the student experience within the AnMed community by acting as the subject matter expert for students. This includes, but not limited to, the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships; tracking, recruitment and placement of students; as well as connecting students and scholarship opportunities. The Coordinator will ensure the AnMed student experience is exceptional through development and enhancement of partnerships with leaders throughout AnMed.
*Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required*
