What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and acquire top talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
- Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and referrals to find candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
- Intermediate interviewing skills and experience with negotiation techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
