      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for entry to mid-level technology roles
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
      - Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to attract top technology talent
      - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
      - Assess candidates using advanced platforms like Codility to evaluate technical skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Minimum 5 years of proven success in recruiting technology talent across diverse roles
      - Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and hiring managers
      - Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles
      - Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workday) and leveraging data for recruitment decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting technology-based roles for a SaaS or PaaS company
      - Familiarity with platforms such as Codility for technical assessments
      - Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field
      - Proven track record in building genuine connections and fostering trust within recruitment
      - Experience with innovative sourcing strategies for attracting talent
