      Join our Nordic Talent Acquisition team as a key business partner in Finland where you will be able to make a real impact in the organization. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills alongside competent colleagues!

      About the role

      As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end volume recruitments, mainly for advisor and sales roles, but also supporting other specialist recruitments when needed. You will work closely with hiring managers to secure top talent and ensure professional processes and great candidate experiences.

      In this key role, you will take operational lead for the Volume recruitment area in Finland and be the go-to person for our team. You will work closely with the Nordic team lead and act as the link between Finland and the Nordic team, ensuring proactive communication and alignment. While your main focus will be Finland, you will also contribute proactively to the Nordic team through knowledge sharing and by participating in and leading Nordic development projects. The role offers high autonomy and responsibility, including coaching and supporting colleagues in Finland and fostering cross-border collaboration.

      The role is a temporary position for one year, covering for a parental leave.

      You will be part of the Nordic Volume team, reporting to the Team Lead for Volume TA. The team consists of 9 Talent Acquisition Partners and 3 part-time coordinators across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. You will also be part of the larger TA organization of over 25 dedicated professionals.       Who are you?

      You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and motivated to take on a key role in our team. You are comfortable taking the lead and contributing to the growth of others around you.       You also have:

      • Relevant academic degree in HR or a related field

      • Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading end-to-end recruitments and using recruitment or HR systems

      • Experience with competence-based interviews and psychometric tests

      • Experience working in a Nordic/global team, including leading Nordic/global projects, is an advantage

      • Interest in the field of employer branding

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal. Swedish language skills are an advantage

      Additional facts and the recruitment process:

      Employment type: Temporary for one year, covering for a parental leave.

      Work location: Turku. Some travelling within the Nordic countries might be required, approximately 2-3 times/year.
