      Job Description:

Talent is at the center of everything we are building at Innovas, and we are looking for the person who is ready to take that on. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who leads with action and knows when to step back and think strategically about what comes next. This fully-remote role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline of professional technical, government and operational openings. You'll be joining us at a critical inflection point. Innovas is scaling rapidly with new business wins and lines of service, which drive a sustained increase in hiring demand.

This role requires someone who hits the ground running. We have a high volume of openings driven by both rapid growth and ongoing business needs, and we need a recruiter who thrives under that kind of pressure. Process refinement and long-term infrastructure building are just as important as someone who can execute at an independent and high level from day one. We are not interested in lowering our hiring standards in exchange for speed. We need both.

In addition to managing candidates who are applying directly, we need someone who is proactively sourcing candidates, building pipelines before the need is urgent, and bringing a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience to every search. This means developing deep relationships with passive candidates over time, not just when a role opens up. The best person for this role thinks of sourcing as an ongoing discipline, maintaining a warm network of talent in our key areas, and knows how to keep candidates engaged through a process that moves fast.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers across concurrent openings.
      • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, clearancejobs, recruitmilitary, vetjobs, defense networks and other similar sourcing channels.
      • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop role profiles, set expectations, and move searches forward efficiently.
      • Conduct phone screens and structured interviews, and help hiring teams sharpen their interviewing skills through training and question development.
      • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and tools to build more consistency and structure across the function.
      • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and talent market insights.

      Qualifications Expected for Positions

      Education

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

      Required Experience

      • 5-7 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with a track record of filling roles through direct sourcing and outbound outreach
      • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates, not just managing inbound pipelines.
      • Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles, with a track record of filling niche or hard-to-source positions.
      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
      • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong interest in building structure where it does not yet exist.
      • Candidates with a background in government contracting or defense are strongly preferred.
      • Proficiency with an ATS and modern sourcing tools.
      • Speed and urgency. We measure success by pipeline movement and hires made, not activity completed.
