      We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner preferably with a background in startups company. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.

      What You Will Be Doing:

      • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
      • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
      • Conduct interviews and managing the interview process from start to finish.
      • Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
      • Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
      • Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

      Requirements

      What You Bring Along:

      • Min 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
      • Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
      • Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US - a big plus.
      • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication skills in both English, both written and verbal. Hebrew is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
      • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
