      VitalCaring and At Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced, Texas based Pediatric Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing team! This is a remote position with occasional travel to local branches and hiring events as needed.

      Serving as a strategic recruiting partner and subject matter expert, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions across At Home Healthcare's Pediatric service line with a strong focus on pediatric care therapists and clinicians. This role requires a consultative mindset, deep sourcing expertise, and a solution-oriented approach to identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent. You'll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, build proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our values of being trustworthy, capable, compassionate, and proactive - ensuring every child receives the capable, compassionate care that defines VitalCaring and At Home Healthcare.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, provide market insights, and align recruitment strategies with operational goals and patient care priorities.
      • Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans to attract high-caliber candidates across diverse roles, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, therapists, social workers, sales, and administrative professionals.
      • Lead regular calls with Branch, Area, and Regional leaders to share recruitment updates, align on hiring priorities, and drive execution of strategic TA initiatives.
      • Engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, industry job boards, and community partnerships.
      • Own the full-cycle recruitment process - from requisition intake to offer acceptance - managing postings, screenings, interviews, feedback, and negotiations with professionalism and precision.
      • Partner with onboarding teams and branch leaders to ensure a seamless and positive new-hire experience.
      • Provide competitive intelligence and hiring trend insights, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to operational leadership.
      • Drive a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and care.
      • Leverage ATS and CRM tools (e.g., UKG, Phenom) to maintain accurate documentation, monitor pipelines, and report key metrics.
      • Stay current on labor market trends, licensure requirements, and healthcare staffing regulations to ensure compliance and informed hiring.
      • Collaborate across HR, Operations, and TA leadership to support workforce planning and ensure staffing aligns with patient care and compliance standards.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
      • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience - preferably in Pediatric Home Health, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care.
      • Proven ability to apply strategic, consultative, and solution-driven approaches to meet hiring goals.
      • Proficient in ATS and CRM platforms (Greenhouse and Phenom preferred).
      • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, licensure processes, and clinical role requirements.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
