What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related sourcing/recruiting administrative experience
- Level II Specialist should have 2 years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
- Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience in Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction, and/or Nuclear Industries
