      The recruitment range for this position is $35,984.00 - $53,560.00

      We will be recruiting for two (2) positions with this job posting: 60043208 and 60041678. Your application will be considered for both positions.
      The Division of Human Resources is accepting applications for HR Technician II - Recruiter positions. Working in a high-volume, fast paced environment, these HR Technician II -Recruiter positions will be screening and referring applications to the hiring manager.

      Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Reviewing applications in a variety of occupational areas and referring most qualified applicants to the hiring manager for further evaluation and interviews.
      • Maintaining the applicant tracking system (NeoGov) regarding candidate status.
      • Maintaining Smartsheet tracking for processing recruitment actions.

      Qualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:
      • Experience with screening applications with high volume responsibilities.
      • Experience with HR Systems including ATS and HRIS.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

      Management Preferences:
      • Experience with NeoGov, Beacon/FIORI and Smartsheet.

      Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

      Associate's degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 1 year of experience required;
