      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Human Resource Team and hiring managers on recruitment planning
      - Analyze market data to maintain an understanding of competitive salaries and candidate availability
      - Source and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions
      - Screen candidates and facilitate the interview process while providing guidance to candidates
      - Track and report on recruitment results and initiatives to assess effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: 2-year degree and related experience, or high school diploma and related experience
      - A minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in conducting interviews
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant databases
