      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pool of executive talent
      - Act as the initial point of contact with prospects to generate interest in career opportunities
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand executive hiring needs and align sourcing strategies
      - Manage candidate interactions to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
      - Utilize data and reporting tools to track sourcing effectiveness and make strategic recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of talent sourcing and research experience, including executive-level search
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
      - Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including databases and Boolean search
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience at an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
      - Strong understanding of the talent market and ability to apply this knowledge to sourcing strategies
      - High impact communication skills to represent the employer positively to prospects
