Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.

Tools & Search Expertise

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.

Diversity Sourcing
-
Implement inclusive sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline and support equitable hiring.

ATS Management
-
Manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse or similar tools; ensure data accuracy and smooth processes.

Referral & Network Engagement

Use Teamable (or equivalent) to activate employee networks and boost referrals.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with industry sourcing trends and share insights to optimize our approach.

Experience: 4+ years in sourcing, preferably in the software/tech industry

Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms

DEI Commitment: Skilled in diversity-focused sourcing strategies

Networking Tools: Familiar with Teamable or similar referral platforms

Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills
