What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage talent at all levels from various data sources, including external and internal systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of sourcing, from research and profile enrichment to candidate application completion
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategies and gather competitor intelligence
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efforts
- Build relationships with passive candidates and actively manage candidate pipelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance of secret or above
- Demonstrated success in qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable metrics
- A naturally curious mindset towards hiring technology and sourcing at scale

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a staffing agency setting
- Familiarity with federal contract bids and proposals
- Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO hiring laws
- Training from SourceCon Academy, AIRS, Social Talent, or related structured sourcing programs
