      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Professionals to source and recruit candidates for various disciplines
      - Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through effective sourcing strategies, including social media and networking
      - Manage the recruitment life cycle in the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth candidate progression
      - Conduct pre-screening interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection
      - Maintain applicant tracking data and reporting for compliance and internal purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sourcing candidates via social media and resume databases
      - Strong written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related field, or 4 years of related work experience
      - Familiarity with employment law, HR policies/practices, and OFCCP regulations preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience in data mining or a related IT role
      - Knowledge of Boolean searches for candidate sourcing
      - Previous experience in recruitment or HR functions
