What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to source and recruit candidates for various disciplines
- Build and manage a pipeline of talent through effective sourcing strategies, including social media and networking
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection
- Maintain applicant tracking data and generate compliance reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team concepts and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sourcing candidates through social media and resume databases
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and employment law preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Boolean searches and data mining
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in IT recruiting or a related field
- Knowledge of HR policies and OFCCP regulations
- Military experience is valued and welcomed
