      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and maintain a consistent flow of prospects and candidates for current and future positions
      - Proactively source talented candidates using various recruitment techniques, including online databases and networking

      - Conduct research to enhance recruitment efforts and improve candidate quality
      - Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment initiatives with business goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience using internet search tools
      - Associate's degree in a related field; additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      - Sound judgment in solving problems and identifying issues that require further evaluation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing strategies
      - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Ability to facilitate recruitment initiatives that align with business goals and budget
      - Skills in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
